BEFORE to make a return, contact us by email at contact@boites-prestige.fr
Here are the returns conditions:
- The return costs are your responsibility.
- The request must be made under 14 days (from the delivery date).
- All items must be returned in their sending condition (labels, packaging ...).
- All damaged products cannot be reimbursed.
- We have the right to refuse any return after a study your request.
- We will not be responsible for any address error on the part of the customer.
- Personal productsÉare not reimbursed for it.
